We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through building relationships with customers and promoting our products.

About Us: Sunglass Hut is a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses and has partnered with Bass Pro Shops to open shop-in-shops inside their stores across North America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships
• Provide an exceptional customer experience by making connections, offering personalized recommendations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Participate in maintaining a positive store environment and fostering strong relationships with peers and management
• Take pride in the appearance of the store and secure all company assets under your control
