Dining Establishment Host

We are seeking a highly skilled Dining Establishment Host to join our team at AFG Restaurant LLC.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service, food service, or related fields and be able to build rapport with guests.

This role involves serving food and beverages to guests, explaining menu items, cleaning and preparing dining areas, greeting guests warmly, responding to inquiries, and performing other restaurant duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

• Serving Guests: Provide excellent service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and attending to guest needs.
• Menu Knowledge: Familiarize yourself with the menu offerings and be able to explain dishes to guests.
• Cleaning and Preparation: Maintain a clean and welcoming environment by cleaning and preparing dining areas.
• Greeting Guests: Greet guests warmly and make them feel welcome in our restaurant.
• Guest Inquiries: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and requests.
• Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in customer service, food service, or related fields.
• Rapport Building: Ability to build rapport with guests and provide exceptional customer service.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary range of $25,000 - $35,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
