Ace Handyman Services - Greater Burleson Midlothian Waxahachie is seeking a highly skilled Lead Craftsman to join our team. As a Lead Craftsman, you will be responsible for overseeing a small crew and managing projects from start to finish.

With 5+ years of Master Craftsman experience and strong leadership skills, you will excel in this role. You will be responsible for performing all types of quality handyman repairs, including carpentry, drywall repair, painting, tile work, basic plumbing and electrical. You must have excellent communication skills, a clean-cut appearance, and a decent-looking vehicle.

The ideal candidate will have a good overall knowledge of all trades, including plumbing, carpentry, tile, electrical, and flooring. They should also have proper equipment, including the tools needed for various tasks. Troubleshooting skills are essential, as well as the ability to communicate with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, property managers, and commercial customers.
