- Operate pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information, and process prescriptions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, unpacking, and storing pharmaceuticals, and maintaining knowledge of company asset protection techniques.
- Participate in training and development programs to maintain and enhance skills and knowledge in pharmacy operations and customer service.
- Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Requires willingness to work flexible schedule, including evening and weekend hours.
- Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
- Prefer good math skills and computer skills.
