Benchmark Senior Living is looking for an experienced LPN to provide nursing care to our residents in a warm and comfortable environment. This is a part-time role that requires 16 hours of work with rotating weekend shifts.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in providing care to the elderly and possess a current state license as an LPN, as well as CPR certification. They will also have a graduate degree from an approved LPN program.
- Accurately assesses, communicates, and documents residents' status
- Observes and reports any significant changes in resident behavior and health
- Closely mentors and directs Lead Resident Care Assistants
