We are seeking a skilled and innovative leader to join our team as a Package Center Supervisor.

This role is responsible for supervising, training, and developing workgroups to ensure safety, production, and attendance standards are met.

The successful candidate will set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
  • Facilitating training with new and current employees.
  • Ensuring all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
  • Managing department resources to ensure maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Establishing and promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
  • Implementing employee personal development plans to ensure continued professional growth.

Requirements include:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
  • Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Management experience - Preferred.
