Responsibilities\

  • Manage financial resources, ensuring the organization's financial stability and sustainability\
  • Lead community and public relations efforts to enhance the organization's public image\

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in nonprofit management or a related field\
  • A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution\
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills\
  • A strong track record of inspiring and managing high-performing teams\

Compensation and Benefits

\The salary range for this position is $115,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, Richland County First Steps offers comprehensive benefits, including 100% employer-paid medical benefits, paid leave, and holidays.
