Job Overview

As a Security Agent with Vail Resorts, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests and employees. This is an entry-level position that requires a high level of integrity, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular patrols of the resort to identify and report any safety issues or concerns.
  • Assist guests and staff in a professional and courteous manner, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Provide high visibility presence to deter criminal activity and violations of resort conduct code.
  • Transport deposits and banks from sales locations to the vault.
  • Respond to and investigate incidents and accidents, cooperating with law enforcement as necessary.
Requirements
  • No formal experience is necessary, as we will provide training to ensure you have the necessary skills to perform your job safely.
  • Desire to learn and grow, with a strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds, with a clean and current driver's license.
  • Ability to work outside in varying and extreme weather conditions, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
