Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our team. As a Field Technician, you will be responsible for accurately measuring and installing windows, doors, and garage doors for our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities- Accurately measure and install windows, doors, and garage doors for customers
- Purchase and manage inventory of products
- Confirm contract details and ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct installation inspections and perform service and repair work
- Provide exceptional customer service and interface with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience working with home construction projects
- Outstanding customer service skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in PC and tablet skills for order entry and appointment management
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and work at heights
- Flexibility to work evenings and Saturdays to meet customer demands
