The Clinical Nurse evaluates patient requirements, formulates care plans, executes, and assesses patient care in alignment with the individual’s needs, leveraging the nurse's understanding of patient development, institutional philosophy, and established healthcare protocols and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Demonstrate leadership and management capabilities in nursing practice.
  • Commit to ongoing professional development and accountability.
  • May require flexibility to work at various locations as needed.

Qualifications:

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN), or active enrollment in an RN-BSN or RN-MSN program within one year of employment, with completion expected within five years if hired after a specified date.

Licensure and Certification:

  • Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license; certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.

Experience:

  • No prior experience required.
