Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the certification process for specialized manufacturing techniques.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to uphold compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and measurement throughout various production stages to manage process variables.
- Identify and resolve production-related challenges effectively.
- Propose innovative equipment and material solutions to improve manufacturing outcomes.
- Oversee the management of work orders, routing, and bill of materials.
- Lead investigations into production failures and compile comprehensive analysis reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing yield, quality, and productivity.
- Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.
- Assist in the development of tooling for both existing and new product lines.
- Participate in research and justification for capital equipment investments.
- Manage nonconforming materials and ensure proper disposition.
- Prepare for and oversee annual process audits to maintain accreditation.
- Stay informed on industry standards and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Contribute to the design and organization of assembly areas for optimal efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with operational modifications and design specifications.
