Night Auditor

Colwen Hotels is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our team at Staybridge/Holiday Inn Revere. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of hotel transactions, maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk area, and providing exceptional guest service.

• Transaction Balancing: Accurately balance hotel transactions, including posting charges to accounts and running night audits.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, ensuring timely check-in and check-out, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Guest Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Housekeeping and Maintenance: Ensure the lobby and shared areas are neat and orderly, and maintain strict key controls.

• Experience: One year of related hotel experience preferred.
• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
