Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership and Management
    • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 3D designers and graphic artists.

  • Project Management
    • Oversee the development and execution of 3D design and graphics projects from concept to completion.
    • Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
    • Coordinate with other departments, such as assembly, sales, and production, to ensure alignment and smooth workflow.
  • Design and Development
    • Create high-quality 3D models, animations, and graphics for various projects.
    • Review and approve designs, ensuring they meet the company's standards and client expectations.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in 3D design and graphics software.
  • Client Interaction
    • Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and requirements.

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, 3D Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D design and graphics, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
    • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple design projects.
    • Experience in the event and/or tradeshow industries.
  • Skills
    • Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Cinema 4D, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max) and graphics software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
    • Effective communication and presentation abilities.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
