Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Construction Specialist III to join our team. In this role, you will perform advanced tasks in building and equipment maintenance, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Inspect and diagnose problems with equipment, systems, and structures.
  2. Develop and implement solutions to repair and modify machinery and equipment.
  3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient maintenance and repairs.
Qualifications and Requirements

To excel in this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of experience in building and equipment maintenance.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a CDL within six months.
