Descripción del Trabajo
Como Especialista en Mantenimiento, tu responsabilidad principal será preservar la excelente condición y la operatividad de nuestras instalaciones. Esto incluirá realizar evaluaciones diagnósticas, programar y llevar a cabo reparaciones y mantenimiento en todo el equipo de la planta. Desarrollarás procedimientos de mantenimiento preventivo, documentarás las órdenes de trabajo completadas y realizarás otras tareas para garantizar un entorno seguro, limpio, saludable y eficiente. Este es un rol físicamente activo que requiere la capacidad de maniobrar alrededor de equipos pesados, incluyendo agacharse, escalar, arrastrarse, destreza manual y levantar y transportar objetos que pesen aproximadamente 40 libras.
Si eres una persona con habilidades versátiles y un sólido conocimiento en electricidad industrial, reparación de bombas, reparaciones de montacargas y plomería, esta posición sería ideal para ti.
Calificaciones
Para calificar, debes tener un diploma de secundaria o GED, ser mecánicamente inclinado y estar dispuesto a aprender. Por ley, debes tener al menos 18 años de edad.
Las calificaciones preferidas incluyen un título asociado de un colegio o escuela técnica en un campo relacionado, conocimiento en manejo de materiales peligrosos y capacitación OSHA. También se requieren 2 años de experiencia en trabajos de mantenimiento, incluyendo bombas, cajas de engranajes y maquinaria de carga. Dado que interactuarás con el personal interno, es importante tener la capacidad de comunicarte en inglés.
El candidato seleccionado deberá pasar un examen físico, una prueba de drogas y una verificación de antecedentes de la DEA.
