About the Position

The Speech Language Pathologist will be responsible for identifying the needs of patients who require speech therapy intervention and delivering services in accordance with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with center staff to promote the physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being of patients.
  • Deliver speech therapy services to patients in accordance with individualized treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
Requirements
  • Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Virginia.
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience working with older adults preferred.
