Job Description

Job Title: Early Childhood Educator

Job Summary:

Discovery Isle Preschool is seeking a highly skilled and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment that fosters the cognitive, social, and emotional growth of our students.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a literacy-based curriculum that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Plan and execute engaging lesson plans that promote student-centered learning
  • Establish a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and creativity
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education degree preferred
