1. Develop and implement engaging curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
2. Foster a supportive and inclusive environment that welcomes all individuals and promotes respect for diversity.
3. Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
4. Collaborate with senior staff to plan and execute program events and activities.
5. Maintain accurate records of program participation, attendance, and achievements.
Requirements
1. High school diploma or equivalent required; early childhood education background preferred.
2. Basic knowledge of child development principles and practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with colleagues, children, and parents.
5. Certification in CPR/First Aid and Mandated Reporter training required; Germ Management certification a plus.
