Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Technician, you'll be responsible for providing direct patient care, including:

  • Performing delegated duties related to patient comfort and personal needs
  • Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
  • Assisting with patient mobility and transfers
  • Providing emotional support and communication with patients and families

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Certifications: Active American Heart Association Basic Life Support CPR certification required
  • Experience: One year of patient care experience in an inpatient hospital setting within the last three years
