The primary objective of this role is to oversee the formal military training initiatives in accordance with established guidelines, ensuring effective development, management, and execution of training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer formal training programs by monitoring training allocations and managing the selection process.
- Support Professional Military Education (PME) by advising personnel on relevant policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Coordinate unit-funded training requests and manage updates related to Senior Joint PME.

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess specialized experience as outlined in the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions, specifically within the Education and Training Technician Series.
Specialized Experience:Applicants should have at least one year of relevant experience at a comparable level, demonstrating the following:
