Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement design concepts for commercial projects, including fast food restaurants, strip malls, and multifamily developments.
  • Collaborate with site personnel and construction teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Manage and coordinate project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Prepare and present design documents, including AutoCAD drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.
  • Registered Architect or in process of obtaining registration.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
