Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced and certified Special Education Professional to work in a school setting. This is a contract, full-time position that requires a strong commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students with special needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs): Work with students, parents, and other educators to create personalized learning plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
- Teach Life Skills and Academic Subjects: Prepare and deliver lessons that promote social, emotional, and academic growth, while adapting to the diverse needs of students with special needs.
- Collaborate with Colleagues and Parents: Communicate effectively with teachers, staff, and parents to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment that extends beyond the classroom.
