Salary

We offer a guaranteed base pay of $180,000 per year with uncapped earning potential, making it an attractive opportunity for dental professionals seeking growth and development.

Job Description

The Associate Dentist will be responsible for providing dental services to patients with the support of their team. The ideal candidate will have compassion and a strong desire to provide dental care to both children and adults.

  • Take care of your community: Participate in activities that promote a positive image of the company and engage with patients in a fun and compassionate environment.
  • Join morning huddles: Plan your day, let your team know how much you appreciate them, and highlight great examples of customer focus, collaboration, meeting goals, etc.
  • Loveworking with kids: Our patient base primarily consists of children aged 3-21, making this an excellent opportunity for dentists who enjoy working with kids.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A DDS/DMD from a dental education program accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
  • A current, valid license to practice dentistry in states where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Nitrous Oxide certification (optional)
