Job SummaryWe are seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to join our team at our Roseville Galleria Mall store. The ideal candidate will have experience in fine jewelry and/or watch sales, or other luxury sales experience. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable moments for our customers, building lasting relationships, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Develop Authentic Relationships: Assess customer needs, make personalized product recommendations, and create a memorable experience.
- Product Knowledge: Cultivate in-depth knowledge of products and provide features and benefits to customers when presenting merchandise.
- Customer Engagement: Connect with existing and potential customers, maintain customer information using company-supported technology, and inspect and clean customers' jewelry and consult on repairs.
- Goal-Oriented and Sales-Driven: Passionate about exceeding sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.
- Positive Work Style: Enthusiastic, team-spirited, and committed to company core values.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of selling experience in a retail environment, or a combination of 3+ years of customer service experience and education.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
We offer a competitive hourly rate of $20.24, eligibility for health and welfare benefits after meeting the minimum work requirement of 20 hours/week, sales bonus, monthly incentives, and SPIFFs. Other benefits include employee merchandise discounts, paid training, and paid time off, such as vacation, holidays, bereavement, and jury duty. We also offer a 401(k) plan with a company match and medical, dental, and vision insurance.
