Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sleep Laboratory Specialist - Neurodiagnostic Technologist II to join our sleep laboratory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing advanced sleep testing procedures, supervising sleep technicians, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced sleep testing procedures, including polysomnography and multiple sleep latency testing
  • Supervise and train sleep technicians to ensure they meet departmental standards
  • Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including test results and reports
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Two years of experience working in a sleep laboratory, including one year of specific training administered by an RPSGT and a Sleep Board Certified Medical Director
  • Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment problems and determine course of action
