About this job

As a critical care nurse, you will provide hands-on care for critically ill patients in a fast-paced ICU environment. You will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing care strategies for patients with complex health conditions. Your expertise will be essential in providing round-the-clock attention to patients who require intensive care.

Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years recent experience in ICU nursing
  • Active license or accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements & certifications as requested by the facility/unit
  • An enthusiastic, adventurous spirit with a desire to help
  • Covid-19 Vaccine Required


Duties & Responsibilities
  • You will provide professional nursing services, including nursing interventions and their documentation, case finding, health teaching/counseling, and supportive/restorative care
  • You will participate in staff training, prepare clinical and administrative reports, maintain infection control standards, and function as a member of a treatment team
  • As a nurse, you may provide supervision to subordinate staff in patient/resident care duties and be responsible for maintaining inventory standards for medicine, controlled drugs, and narcotics
