Valet Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Valet Lead to join our team at Muckleshoot Casino Resort. As a Valet Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our valet parking department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

• Guest Service: Provide exceptional service to our guests, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience at our resort.
• Team Management: Supervise and train a team of valet parking attendants, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are performing their duties to the highest standards.
• Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the valet parking department, ensuring that our facilities are maintained and that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Resolve any issues or problems that may arise, ensuring that our guests are satisfied and that our operations are running smoothly.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or lead role, preferably in a hospitality or transportation-related field.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills, with the ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
