About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Endoscopy Specialist to join our team. As an Endoscopy Specialist, you will play a vital role in assisting with endoscopic procedures and patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with Endoscopic Procedures: You will assist the RN with patient preparation for and during endoscopy procedures, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Preparation of Equipment: You will prepare endoscopic equipment, decontaminate and clean it after use, and ensure that it is in good working order before each procedure.
• Patient Care: You will provide exceptional patient care, ensuring that patients are comfortable and informed throughout the procedure.
• Supply Management: You will manage supplies, including ordering new equipment and restocking existing inventory, to ensure that everything is readily available when needed.
• Collaboration: You will work closely with the RN, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless execution of procedures.
• Documentation: You will maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures, supplies used, and any issues encountered.
• Adherence to Policies: You will adhere to established policies, procedures, and protocols for infection control, patient confidentiality, and workplace safety.

Requirements:

• BLS Certification
• 1 year of endoscopy / OR experience
• GI Technician Certification

Benefits:

As an Endoscopy Specialist at Complete Staffing Solutions, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.
