Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer service inquiries, concerns, and issues while ensuring consistent quality.
- Facilitate new hire orientations and pre-training for temporary staffing employees.
- Counsel temporary employees on attendance, productivity, and job performance.
- Perform quality evaluations and manage daily timekeeping processes.
- Work closely with the scheduling team to coordinate weekly schedules.
- Ensure customer satisfaction across all levels of the organization.
