Schedule: 12-hour and 24-hour shifts, Full-time, Monday - Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care alongside team members during transport between facilities.
- Conduct assessments and stabilize patients, implementing necessary diagnostic and therapeutic interventions.
- Ensure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards; collaborate with team members and multidisciplinary professionals to recommend necessary adjustments.
- Engage in decision-making processes and partner with the multidisciplinary team to improve operational efficiency.
- Complete all required medical documentation.
- May be required to operate an ambulance for patient and/or supply transport.
Requirements:
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire.
- Certification in Neonatal Resuscitation from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) within 12 months of hire.
- Certification in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program within 12 months of hire.
- Valid Driver's License prior to hire.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
- Registered Nurse credential from the Indiana Board of Nursing prior to hire.
Additionally, one or more of the following is required:
- Certified Registered Nurse specializing in Transport within 24 months of hire.
- Certified Registered Nurse specializing in Neonatal Pediatric Transport within 24 months of hire.
- Certification in Neonatal Pediatric Transport (C-NPT) within 24 months of hire.
- Certified Registered Nurse specializing in Flight within 24 months of hire.
- Certified Flight Registered Nurse (CFRN) within 24 months of hire.
- Certified Registered Nurse specializing in Intensive Care credentialed from the National Certification Corporation (NCC) within 24 months of hire.
Education:
- Diploma from an accredited nursing school/college required.
Work Experience:
- Three years of experience as a registered nurse in Level III/IV PICU or NICU or in a dedicated pediatric emergency department, or a combination totaling at least three years of relevant experience.
- Preferred: Five years of experience in the aforementioned areas.
Additional Preferences:
- Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal/Pediatric
