We are seeking a skilled Clinical Systems Analyst to join our team at Gravity IT Resources. This role involves working with our clients' Epic EHR and specifically their Cadence domains, with the goal of maximizing the use of this module within Epic.

The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling and registration systems, as well as prior analyst experience working with Epic's Cadence and Prelude modules. A strong understanding of operational practices in healthcare, including scheduling and payer authorization, is also essential.

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal communication and organization skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in planning, implementation, and go-live activities for assigned applications, including on-site work with customers, gathering specifications, and tracking risk/issues and requests.
  • Comprehend and practice standards such as shared vs separate build guidelines, change control process, and data migration.
  • Maintain a positive attitude, welcome feedback, and show appreciation for colleagues, patients, partners, and customers.
  • Demonstrate great teamwork, share information with others, and respond to communications/deliverables in a timely manner.
  • Take personal ownership of issues, ensure accuracy in communications/deliverables, and complete tasks according to committed timelines.
  • Actively monitor assigned support tickets, document activities thoroughly, and resolve issues within established service levels.
  • Perform workflow analysis and design under the supervision of senior team members/management.
  • Participate in system testing events, execute scripts, and accurately document and report any noted errors or deficiencies.
  • Provide support to departments/end users during system upgrade and optimization activities.
  • Execute assigned tasks under supervision, ensuring completion within specified time frames.
  • Utilize system knowledge and available resources to address routine issues.
  • Actively participate in departmental and customer team meetings, providing input and acting as a team resource.
  • Maintain up-to-date application knowledge for assigned applications/process areas.
  • Participate in discussions related to the development of training content for users and provide support to formal training classes when necessary.
