Location: Guilford, CT

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist children in safely boarding and disembarking the vehicle
  • Ensure that students are seated correctly and secured with seat belts
  • Maintain discipline and order throughout the journey
  • Effectively communicate with students, guardians, and educational staff
  • Observe student conduct and take action when necessary
  • Work in conjunction with the driver to resolve any issues that may occur during transit

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to educate and manage student behavior
  • Understanding of conflict resolution strategies
  • Experience with special education needs is advantageous
