Position Summary

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Information Systems Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in overseeing, directing, and coordinating activities related to electronic data processing, information systems, systems analysis, and computer programming. Your role will be vital in ensuring the operational efficiency and effectiveness of our IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Oversight: Lead and manage IT-related projects, ensuring timely completion within defined scope and budget.
  • Operational Management: Supervise the daily operations of information systems.
  • Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing support and performance evaluations.
  • Systems Evaluation: Conduct assessments of current IT systems to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Development: Formulate and implement IT strategies and policies that align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in IT management, systems analysis, and programming.
  • Expertise in IT infrastructure, network management, database management, and software development. Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of strategic thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects from initiation to completion, with a proven record of successful outcomes.
  • Ability to adapt to rapidly evolving technology and business landscapes.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with enterprise-level applications and systems.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL are advantageous.
Clearance Requirement:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Must possess an active Public Trust or have the ability to obtain one.
