Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment
  • Clean, sanitize, and store all dishware, flatware, glassware, and tableware
  • Clean, sanitize, and store all cookware and culinary utensils
  • Ensure restaurant and banquet kitchens are adequately stocked with supplies
