Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Whole Foods Market. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting, preparing, and displaying meat products to our customers.

• Cut and prepare meat products to meet customer demands.
• Ensure high-quality products are displayed and merchandised effectively.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and sanitary working environment.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries.
• Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales goals and maintain store standards.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and maintain a working understanding of meat team processes and procedures.

• 14+ months retail experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Exposure to FDA-approved cleaning chemicals.
• Ability to work in a wet and cold environment.
• Ability to handle knives and other cutting equipment.
