We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiving Professional to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to adults with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live independently.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote client independence and dignity.
- Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Assist clients with medication management, including administration and monitoring side effects.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including medical notes and incident reports.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and maintain physical stamina for prolonged periods.
- Knowledge of disability support services and community resources.
- A competitive hourly rate of $25.00.
