About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiving Professional to join our team at ResCare Community Living. As a key member of our care team, you will provide personalized support to adults with disabilities, helping them achieve their goals and live independently.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that promote client independence and dignity.
  • Provide hands-on assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist clients with medication management, including administration and monitoring side effects.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including medical notes and incident reports.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians and therapists, to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and maintain physical stamina for prolonged periods.
  • Knowledge of disability support services and community resources.
