About the Position

We're seeking a highly skilled Formulation Chemist to join our Research and Development Team. As a key member of the team, you'll play a vital role in the formulation and product life cycle of new Rowe Casa products. Your expertise will be instrumental in conceiving, formulating, testing, and producing innovative products that meet our high standards.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, with regular working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role is located in New Boston, TX, and you'll report directly to the Director of New Product Development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop new product formulations, conduct efficacy testing, and scale up production
  • Participate in daily hands-on creation of products, samples, and formulations
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to train manufacturing staff on new product processes and scale-ups

Requirements
  • BS or MS in Chemistry or Cosmetic Science
  • 2-3 years of experience in an R&D environment, preferably in the natural and organic product industry
  • Able to stand/walk for reasonable periods and lift 50lbs
