- Utilize evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care, adapting to patients' age-specific needs and clinical requirements.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in medical-surgical nursing.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing or equivalent education for licensure.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of Oklahoma or a compact state.
