Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Analytical Chemist to join our team at Consumer Product Testing Company, Inc. This full-time position is based in the United States and offers a competitive salary of $85,000 - $110,000 per year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing physical, chemical, and instrumental techniques on APIs, raw materials, and finished products according to schedule. They must have a strong working knowledge of testing products in a GMP regulated facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run instrumentation such as ICP-MS/OES, HPLC/UPLC, GC-MS, Triple-Quad LC-MS/MS, UV, IR, AA, DSC on products according to compendial, client, and internal methodologies.
  • Prepare standards and samples for analysis.
  • Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental techniques on APIs, raw materials, and finished products.
  • Develop and execute method transfer and validation protocols.
  • Document work clearly and accurately.
  • Write method development, validation, and verification reports.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of product testing experience in a GMP laboratory.
  • ICP-MS/OES experience required.
  • Previous data acquisition software experience required.
  • Ability to use personal computer and Microsoft Office.
