Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for veterans with complex mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, incorporating evidence-based therapies and medication management as needed
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure seamless transitions between services
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in psychiatric care
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and peer review processes to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Doctoral degree in Psychiatry or related field
  • Licensure to practice medicine in the United States
  • Board certification in Psychiatry
  • Experience working with veterans and/or individuals with complex mental health needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
