We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Asociado de tienda to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, and driving sales growth.

• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through prompt and courteous interactions.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone, determining their needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers, understanding their needs and preferences.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently, adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Meet and exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis, driving business growth and revenue.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas, ensuring accurate inventory management.
• Pull and stock products from the sales floor or warehouse, maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
• Tint and mix products to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality results.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, assisting with deliveries as needed.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered, discussing available options and making recommendations.
• Comply with inventory control procedures, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing waste.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the future.
• Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in English and Spanish.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
• Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends.

• Have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Have at least a High School diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
• Have previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
• Have previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
