Job Summary

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Assessment and Care Planning: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring that patients receive individualized attention and treatment.
  • Clinical Judgment and Decision-Making: Make sound clinical judgments and decisions in an effective and efficient manner, under the direction of the Director of Clinical Services.
  • Documentation and Communication: Accurately document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Medication Administration and Management: Administer medications as prescribed and manage patient medication regimens to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Education and Training: Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and industry developments.
Requirements
  • Current RN License: Possess a current Registered Nurse license for the state in which you practice.
  • PPD or Chest X-Ray: Maintain a current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
  • BLS Certification: Hold a current BLS certification.
  • Experience: One year of prior Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience is preferred.
