**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Custodial Aide/Housekeeper to join our team at LCS Facility Group. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform housekeeping tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and disinfecting surfaces.
  • Maintain stock of custodial supplies and store them properly at the end of each shift.
  • Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks within required timelines.
  • Participate in a monthly on-call schedule for weekend duties.
  • Be flexible with overtime as needed.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of experience in housekeeping or a related field (training provided).
  • High School Diploma or General Equivalent Diploma (GED).
  • Ability to lift 40 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform tasks that involve squatting, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and climbing stairs.
