We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our nursing team at Good Samaritan Society - Stillwater. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment to patients in all phases of care.
- Coordinate patient care, conduct resident assessments, and provide education to patients and families.
- May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel.
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program, such as Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN), or National League for Nursing Commission for Nursing Education Accreditation (NLN CNEA).
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where the practice of nursing is occurring, or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
