St. Barnabas is seeking a skilled LPN Per Diem Nurse to join our Ambulatory Care Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the hospital's mission of providing comprehensive and compassionate care to our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient interviews to gather information about current problems, medications, and allergies, and review medical records for pertinent previous and current information.
- Participate in patient treatment regimens, including administering medications, making health appointments, and directing Medical Assistants.
Requirements
- Qualifications
- A. EDUCATION REQUIRED: A graduate of an approved School of Licensed Practical Nursing.
- B. LICENSE(S) REQUIRED: Current license to practice as a Practical Nurse in the State of New York.
- C. EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED: Mental and physical health to meet the demands of the position.
- Certifications
- American Heart Association-Basic Life Support, Healthcare Provider BLS card in active status at all times.
