Job Title: Registered Nurse - Medical Surgical

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in Memphis, Tennessee. As a Medical Surgical Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit. Your responsibilities will include assessing, planning, and implementing patient care, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring quality care delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

* Provide direct nursing care to patients in medical-surgical units, including assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
* Monitor patient progress, assess vital signs, and respond to changes in condition promptly.
* Educate patients and their families on post-surgical care instructions, medication management, and recovery expectations.
* Ensure accurate documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

* Current RN license
* BLS (Other Certifications as required by facility)
* Two years of recent Medical Surgical RN experience
* Strong communication and adaptability skills.
