About the Role
REAP Healthcare Agents is seeking a Medical Director for our community health program in California. As a medical leader, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and overseeing the delivery of high-quality medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough physical examinations to determine the best course of treatment for patients.
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions, including laboratory results, x-rays, and other diagnostic tests.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained.
- Serve as a resource for patients and their families, addressing concerns and providing guidance throughout the care process.
Requirements
- A valid license to practice medicine in the State of California.
- No pending or previous disciplinary action from any state licensing entity.
