About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Specialist Appliances to join our team at Lowe's Companies. As a Sales Specialist Appliances, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers have a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
  • Ensure that displayed merchandise is up to date and accurately reflects the manufacturer's current product offerings.
  • Provide expert knowledge on appliances and related services to customers.
  • Execute orders and projects in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Meet or exceed sales goals and metrics.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 year of external experience in customer-facing sales or 6 months of Lowe's retail experience.
  • Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of experience entering and submitting customer sales orders, including Special Order Sales.
  • 2 years of experience identifying and selling products based upon customer needs or plans.
  • 2 years of experience in providing customer service, including identifying and resolving customer complaints.
