Responsibilities- Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Function within the framework of the policies and procedures of the organization and demonstrate professional growth and accountability.
- Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of all assigned staff in the provision of quality nursing care.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- New graduates of a nursing program eligible.
- One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Advanced certification in the field of specialty, if applicable.
