We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist to join our established, multi-member on-site accounting team at Dynamic Systems, Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and code Accounts Receivable payments
  • Prepare and process check deposits
  • Research and address customer payment discrepancies
  • Process T&E credit card transactions
  • Review and verify Accounts Payable invoices
  • Enter AP invoices into the accounting system
  • Apply and match invoices to purchase orders
  • Review invoices for appropriate sales tax treatment
  • Prepare and perform check runs
  • Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
  • Maintain vendor files and correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
  • Provide supporting documentation for audits
  • Maintain accurate historical records
  • Maintain confidentiality of organizational information
Requirements
  • Experience as an accounts receivable/payable clerk or in a similar role desired
  • Understanding of basic accounts receivable/payable principles and practices
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid data entry skills with an ability to identify numerical errors
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information appropriately
  • Aptitude for numbers
  • Ability to meet and maintain deadlines
